Immigration Practice Note (Scope and Rules)

Immigration is governed primarily by federal law and agency procedures. Attorneys must still comply with their home-jurisdiction ethics rules and applicable federal agency requirements. You remain responsible for ensuring your practice complies with the rules that apply to you and your clients.
